Hi, I’m Hallie. I’m in high school and concerned about the state of the world, particularly environmental degradation and the release of toxins poisoning the Earth’s citizens. I started Beneficial Being to raise money to support cleaning up the mess we’ve made of the earth and restoring balance to ecological systems. I do that using my interest in essential oils, biology and natural healing to create bath salts from clean ingredients that support your well-being. We can each be a beneficial being to the earth while our bath salts benefit your well being. Supporting earth, body and soul.

Fund Raising
I started Beneficial Being to raise money to support cleaning up this mess and restoring equilibrium to the Earth’s ecological systems. The profits from Beneficial Being go to provide funds for organizations supporting the environment and life on earth and spend their money effectively and wisely.
All of the money from sales goes into a Beneficial Being bank account and is released at the end of the year to vetted charities and organizations. I am most interested in reduction and clean up of plastics, clean waters, climate change and respect for all living beings.

Packaging
Since environmental stewardship is important, I use packaging pouches where each component (paper, lining films and zipper) are 100% compostable and made from wood pulp products, no plastics or petroleum products. These pouches are lightweight and durable, reducing shipping costs and overall carbon footprint. They are the most sustainable packaging the planet has to offer.
The compostable pouches are vegan, non-GMO and not made with PLA. They also do not contain harmful chemicals such as bisphenol (including BPA and over a dozen other derivatives, PFAS or phthalates).
